Billie Eilish's new tour announcement brought a few headaches up for fans.

In an effort to stop scalpers, Billie's team worked with Ticketmaster to change up how fans will experience their ticket purchasing and holding experiences. As of now, tickets for Billie's show will only be able to resell on Ticketmaster's platform, meaning that anyone wanting to get rid of their tickets later won't be able to turn to third party sites like SeatGeek, StubHub, or TickPick.

To ensure there isn't any funny business, Ticketmaster is turning off the ticket transfer option, something other artists have opted to do in the past, too. The success of this process is still questionable as scalpers are always looking for ways to get around the rules. Plus, this isn't applicable in states where local laws dictate otherwise.

"Didn’t they do this before for another tour but the tickets were still being resold at high amounts on the website?" a fan wrote with concern. A fan who seemed to side with the price gougers said: "So she can make money off us but we can’t make any off her oh ok."

Ticketmaster also shared that there will be presale options available starting on April 30. The wrote: "The Greatest news just dropped! [Billie Eilish]: HIT ME HARD AND SOFT: THE TOUR is happening. Presales start on Tuesday, April 30. General onsale is Friday, May 3."

However, fans were still left in confusion as they didn't clarify if there would be a Verified Fan Resale, a process the site typically uses to weed out bots ahead of the General Sale. Overall, the ticket seller didn't give too many details on the presales, but fans are speculating that they'll receive it for ordering an album.

The lack of communication and last minute information annoyed fans. One wrote: "Pre-sale the day after announcing a tour is an epidemic and I need all music artists to be so fucking for real and stop this bs."

In addition to the ticket purchasing changes, fans are griping about her tour routing, too. Her world tour branches across several countries, but her fans don't think that's enough. She'll be performing in Canada, United States, Australia, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Germany, Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, United Kingdom, and Ireland.

One fan from Brazil wrote some flags in the artist's comments and added: "We deserve an actual tour performance, not just a 1 hour festival appearance."

Another said: "Omg why does no-one come to Perth! Come on Billie you can't do this to Korey and I we felt for sure you wouldn't do this to us."
